Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have recently requested my statements and credit agreement from MBNA and they have sent me someone else's who lives at my address. This is disgraceful as i've been able to view the his agreements and transaction details.
Contact the Information Commissioner. Also contact the person named on the info and let them know what has happened. Point out how serious this is and get them to complain as well. If you wish to make MBNA squirm, copy them in as well
Don't send the paperwork back as yet
