I offer help and advice in good faith, based on my knowledge and experience. I am NOT a legal or financial expert. There are many CAG members and site team who are better qualified. Please do not make major decisions based on my advice alone.I do not give advice via P.M's. If anyone can correct my mistakes or improve on my advice, please do.

Excel does not recognise your date formats, take cell D10 you have 11.06.99, you need to change to 11/6/99. The is why the date since offence is an error as Excel sees your date as text.
You have lost all your formulas in column F too, you need to cut and paste from the original template.
If you are really struggling Bump later today and I will do it when I have some more time.

Sorry one more question, the prelim letter states the amount plus the overdraft interest charges. I haven't included that so shall I add to the schedule?
1) They believe the complaint relates to the level of fairness or lawfulness of the charges, and if it relates to another issue such as an admin error please let them know.
2) They say that from what I said in my prelim or from their investigations that I may be in financial difficulty or facing hardship. They have forwarded a copy of my letter to their collections team so they can review my finances and see if there is anything they can do to help. They can also discuss a variety of repayment options!!!! Thought they were meant to be paying me back????
3) They explain blah blah blah about their charge being fair and make reference to the test case etc etc.
4) They also state that interest charges(overdraft) are not going to be considered as I have had the benefit of borrowing the money. Is this correct?
5) Finally they say that when I opened the account I had a copy of the terms and conditions and signed to accept them. Can I request a copy then?
Lastly I need to know if I can now send the lba, I am a bit confused as they have responded????
