I had a letter from Sharkley card commercial today saying if I do not pay the overdue amount (which I cannot afford and they know that) they will issue a formal and final demand.
Can I send off a CCA request letter? Or does this not apply to commercial accounts. I've done a search on the forums and cannot find anything relating to B/C commercial.
