    Default What exactly to claim is unfair

    Hello,

    I am now awaiting my statement of charges, once I receive these can I claim back every single charge on the report? So if I get a missed DD/Bounced cheque charge of £35 and an overdrawn fee of £35 then I can reclaim back the whole ammount and both charges?

    Yes you can claim back all of the charged that related to bounced cheques/SO/DD and standard charges for when you were overdrawn or they have charged you for letting a cheque/SO/DD go though when you were overdrawn. So basically all of the £35, £30, £25 etc

    You cannot claim back the £1 charge for taking money out of cashpoints, or a fee for an agreed overdrafticon facility.
