Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.

thanks for response hope i have done this right apologies if not. This will take me a few days because it looks like i have had 3 policies with different companies all running at the same time, very confusing and going to spend next few days trying to sort out what companies they were with. The policy i originally enquired about seems to have been with Northern Rockicon and we paid £1,780 in full in June 2004 obviously when we took out the mortgage. One of the other PPI is with Abbeyicon.

Oh dear have checked paperwork and have found this information:
    Capstone Mortgages:
original loan £16,380 23rd March 2005, paid in full 4th August 2005. PPIicon £2380 Applied for refund 3rd September 2007, letter saying as loan taken with SSPL nothing to do with them.

    Future Mortgages :
    Original loan 10,661.66 23rd August 2002, paid in full 3rd September 2003
    PPI 1300.00 single premium only

    Northern Rockicon:
original loan 57.500 11th June 2004 paid in full June 2006
PPI £1,785.00 single premium only this expires 10th June 2009.

    GE Money:
    Original loan £6,000 17th May 2007 paid in full 8th September 2008
PPI £1660.50 plus intrest total of PPI £2927.10 joint premium

I have the original agreements for all companies, i have written to all the above to ask for PPI and await response. if anyone has any further information for me this would be welcomed. completely frustrated that 3 of these PPI policies are still running and i still lost my house!
