Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I had the camera for Xmas and i have hardly used it. The battery was fully charged, and allows for a small amount of photos to be taken. Its almost like it flattens when its off. Also every time i go to turn it on the date and time needs resetting as if the battery has been removed!
You could return it to the store with proof of purchase and have them send it off for repair, if you believe the camera to be at fault. As it's well within it's 1 year warantee.
If it's the battery it's self though, I doubt they'll replace it, as it's a consumable, much like ink is to a printer.

Anything said by me, are not the opinions of CAG and are mine alone. I have nothing to do with the legal system in any way, the majority of my information will reflect a common sense approach.
