I bought a note book on 26/02/2003 and I bought a service contract That protected the note book from faults and stuff and was advised by the sales person that if I did not claim on it I would receive the money to spend in there shop again Think it was around 250 pounds The cover expiry date was 25/02/2007. The problem is That i did miss payments on this service agreement and the rules are quite strict like it states that ( The certificate is only valid if the premium has been paid and any agreed instalments have been maintained otherwise the cover specified on this certificate will terminate without notice .No refunds of any part payment will be made if northern electric terminate the cover) I did pay for this cover and the notebook DCA Clydesdale did send a letter to me as i moved house but they had my phone number I paid them all of the money to clear balance do you guys know where i would stand with this I will scan the document soon
