Thread: Selected for redundancy ahead of Directors wife

Hi I have just been informed that I am at risk of redundancy, and been chosen ahead of a company directors wife. We were scored over the past week and have been told that I came out with the fewest points.
It is against company policy to employ relatives in a direct reporting position, and there is a clear conflict of interest here. I have appealed the decision - is there anymore I could be doing
