Thread: PCN Issued but paid for ticket

Hi, I was issued a pcn but had paid for parking. The parking was paid for by telephone and I have a TXT confirmation and money deducted from account.

I replied to the 1st PCN sending the receipt and text with the letter. I have now been issued the standard second enforcement notice.

I plan on sending the letter + receipts again, but should I do anything else?

I don't believe so - it's part of the red funnel group. The pcn is from the normal Civil Enforcement Ltd....
