Good luck with your claim you will get your money back. I have this morning received a letter from Cap1 agreeing to pay it all back except the interest I have claimed. I am not accepting this and am just about to write and confirm this. They charged me 29.9% on these charges and I want it back. LOL
Anyway good luck. You will end up issuing court proceedings but it will come back to you in the end.

Got a nasty phonecall of Capital One demanding payment, I told them of my intentions and they have siad they will send me all previous statements free of charge and are willing to negotiate a settlement. No letters sentrequesting anything just a simple phonecall. Just need to wait and see whats the difference between my idea of settlement and theirs.
