Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
" i understand you are complaining about the bank charges that are being applied to your account. We're keen to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. A customer relations manager will investigate the points you have raised and you will receive a reply shortly, but certainly no later than 4 weeks."
I take it this is an attempted delaying tactic and in no way changes the fact that I gave them 14 days to refund the money (using the letter template from this site)?
Exactly, just stick to your 14 day timeline and contiue with the process.
good luck
