Smile light at the end o the tunnel thanks to this forum

I have just phoned brighthouse to make a verbal offer of payment (my normal weekly payment + £10 off the arreas) as i have just posted letters with my request after they have already refused part payments i sent my letters both to the store and head office by registered post. As i expected they refused.

Whilst i was on the phone i made a spur of the moment query that didn't occur to me i pointed out to them that in fact i have 3 accounts with them so a part payment could have been payed by taking the money off just one of the accounts (so really it wouldn't actually be a part payment but a full payment leaving me in arreas with other accounts) i was informed that it didn't work like that as all 3 were in my name so i asked why the seperate account numbers, the store manager didn't know the answer and put me on hold for 20 mins (2 of my accounts are not far off being paid and the third i owe quite a bit on) when she came back surprise surprise she has put me on a payment plan with my original offer and no more late payments thanks to the help and support of this forum i feel that i can breathe for a while and get my finaces back on track thankyou to every one who has kindly advised me on other threds i have placed on here and to every one else just keep your chins up don't break the law and don't give up.
