    Default advice please who the hell do BH think they are !

    I am just putting my letters together to sent to BH the first one requesting my OSC is removed the second one to make an offer of payment the third one requesting they do not call at my house without an appointment i can't find a template for request to stop phoning is there anything else i need to do they are driving me mad please advise.

    Can't really give an answer to the title of the thread without the risk of being CAGbotted

    Hopefully you have sent the letters - you haven't given many details about your circumstances, but you seem pretty clued up. If you have house insurance, ask them to confirm in writing that HP items are covered (most policies do) and then cancel DLC as well

    I am not an expert, but I can give good advice about Brighthouse

    Am learning more and more about DCA's too

    I have no legal experience and all advice given is based on the knowledge I've gained from this site.
