    Default Redundancy/Grievance advise question

I would like to ask your opinion about case where my role have been identified as redundant.
    I have started grievanceicon:
    1) I have started grievance regarding bullying, harassment, and racial discriminations as well victimisation.
    2) Company director gave misleading references to my potential other employee. All lines in a company are recorded. He also told about that to another employee (now former) about that.
    3) I have been unfairly selected for redundancy.

HR director verbally confirmed me in the first meeting that all lines are recorded and that she requires exactly date when incident happened so company could verify that.
Couple days after she started investigation she has been sacked/made redundant.
New HR director started investigation and apparently he identified that:
    1) There is no proof of any bullying, harassment, and racial discriminations. Even if some employees told him, that there was general feeling that I have been bullied. He requested them to provide evidences.
    2) Apparently all lines are recorded except this one. So company don’t have any recorded calls any more.
    3) He identified that selection was fair.

So do I have any ground for unfair redundancy? Also I have been employed exactly 1 year or 52 weeks.
