A couple of days ago I posted a request for imformation about early settlement of 2 accounts with brighthouse that are in arrears, today I rang them requesting the information on behalf of my daughter,manager said he wouldnt discuss it but needed to speak to my daughter I told him no she was upset enough with their attitude,he then informed me that if he couldnt speak to her on the phone he would sit outside her house until he could this is one threat I wont tolerate,any advise would be much appreciated

Go over his head, and negotiate with their head office.

brighthouse are rip off merchants.
keep off the phone.
write to them again, asking for an early settlement figure[s]
giving them 14 days to reply else current payment will stop.
that should get a reaction.

or you could cca them, and then read the small print on the agreement about early settlement figures.
