A couple of days ago I posted a request for imformation about early settlement of 2 accounts with brighthouse that are in arrears, today I rang them requesting the information on behalf of my daughter,manager said he wouldnt discuss it but needed to speak to my daughter I told him no she was upset enough with their attitude,he then informed me that if he couldnt speak to her on the phone he would sit outside her house until he could this is one threat I wont tolerate,any advise would be much appreciated
