private messaged a few people but hoping for some answers to aid my case
currently going through process with B/card and Natwest. 21 days has passed for my 2nd CPR request to NatWest so its N244 time.. can i ask you a couple of questions! following PT's threads
1) The draft order for disclosure - what time frame dio you put on?
2) Is there a set form for the draft order for disclosure and witness statements or did you just copy paste on word?
3)Claim number - Is this done by the court?
4)which pre-action protocol do they not comply with? (I've not recieved a true agreement - is that 32 (c)? all i keep receiving is letters saying they have complied with cca request even in reply to my formal CPR letter when i made it clear it was not part of my cca request!!!
