    Default Bank Holidays & Annual Leave

    When employment ends, if the contract stated that the employee is entitled to XX days annual leave in addition to statuory holidays, in calculating the payment for accrued holidayicon pay can the employer deduct bank holidays prior to the termination from the total accrued holidays?
    In other words, do all bank holidays, Good Friday and Easter Monday all come under the category of statutory holidays which are in any event payable by the employer in addition to the accrued annual leave entitlement?
