Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
My partner's story: I have been working within a Co. for 10 months as a Financial Analyst. Three weeks ago my manager has hired somebody with exactly the same role as mine leaving me with no tasks and no responsabilty. So I took the decision from my own initiative to have a annual job review and this is where he told me that my role doesn't exist anymore (giving me an official HR letter and also sending it signed for) giving me 3 days off work to give him the time to investigate any possile roles that might exist somewhere else in the company and also asking me to think about this and any actions they might be able to take to prevent my employement ending.
He said basically that my position now does not exist anymore which is not true
