Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sorry if this covers previous post, just direct me to the answer if it is.
If you have a Life Insurance policy that you pay by cheque or cash can the isurer unilaterally change the payment method? My understanding would be that some negotiation is needed.
The background is that a person without a bank account who has been paying for a number of years was told that they had to pay by direct debit, when this was queried because they did not have a bank account the insure's response was - get one.
Thanks for any advise
