hi, been a smoker for about 22 years, been wanting to pack in for about the last 3-4 years but never got round to it. recently , had some devastating news concerning a family member(ex smoker ) so decided , when i finish this pouch of baccy , thats it. finished that pouch on wednesday night. now i smoked every hour cos i was always gasping for a fag, but since having that last smoke on wednesday night, i have been ok, i thought i would of been climbing up the walls , or scouring the gutters for dog ends, but i haven't, is this usual, is it gonna get worse.
