I work for a company that is going to close next month. My boss plans a highly dubious 'switch over' to a new company to avoid all his debt and I have no plans to go with him.
I was due to be paid (for last month) on Monday but I still haven't had this money. I have to leave today (for the sake of my health) but he still hasn't paid me. Is there anything I can do? Can I remove goods from the premises in exchange for payment?
Can anyone help me retrieve my wages or will I have to just walk away if he doesn't give them to me?
