Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just a little warning, the current range of hitachi small screen TV's are currently showing a high failure rate. Due to malfunctioning power buttons, and frequent crashing. These TV's have already been recalled in the past, and it seems the new ones still have the same problem. Just a word of warning to steer clear. They'll probably be recalled soon I hope.
This applies to the 19" and 22" models currently displayed on the currys.co.uk website.
The reason I'm mentioning this, is because I had a gentleman ask me to demo a 22" hitachi TV yesterday, only to find it was faulty, upon apologising he told me it was ok, because he was currently returning one of his own with the exact same fault. I then tried the 19" on display and it showed the exact same fault. Upon telling my boss about this, he said he would not remove the TV's without a recall being issued from head-office.
I'm not sure if it effects all the sets, but 3 out of 3 ain't good odds.
