What is best to send as a 1st correspondence

CCA request
SAR request

not had time to follow any of the great advise on here for a while but if memory serves right i believe there may have been some issues regarding enforceable contracts and people initially sending CCA letter

Have also got other threads on here

R Vs MBNA
R Vs Cap1

I sent them CCA letters but not much is happening with them at the minute

Do I start this process with the CCA letter or jump straight to asking for SAR?

CCA request letter is the best one to start off with.

If you wish for more info on the account then do the SAR letter.
