I feel I have been stitched up. I received a parking ticket Contravention Code: 01 for parking in a restricted street during prohibited times. The sign indicates no parking between 16:30 to to 18:30, I returned to my vehicle at 16:31 to find the ticket already on my windscreen but the ticket says the enforcement officer witnessed me from 16:31 to 16:34 which is rubbish. If anyone could give me some advice on how to proceed it would be much appreciated.
