Default Not being paid on time

Hi first post and i really need help please.
Since i started work in December, ive had nothing but problems getting paid.
I dont think iv had a weeks pay thats been correct in over four months, its just constant excuses, timesheets lost, timesheets not recieved on time, you will get it all next week etc.
Is there anything i can do,to sort this mess out, ive been borrowing from friends/relatives but its getting out of hand and now this week iv incurred £135 of charges from my bank.
Im really at my wits end and cant seem to find anyone to contact for advice.
Your help would be very much appreciated.

You should raise the issue with you employer in writing, they are not keep to the contract that is agreed.

Due to the breach of contract you have incurred costs directly as a result, you should request you employer compensates you.
