I recently received a pcn for code 12. I was in the wrong for the offence but checked the details on the ticket and noticed the colour noted is not the colour of my car. My car is black and on the ticket it states it is blue. I know it may be a long shot but i could do without paying the £60 fine as have recently lost my job!
Please can you let me know if this lead is worth chasing.
