    Hi, a friend sent for a copy of her loan agreement with Tesco/RBSicon and she received the following 2 pages (click to enlarge)



    Could you please give me your opinion on the CCA as to enforceability?

    This is my first time in the RBS forum, so please be gentle with me

    Hi Steven, thanks for helping.

    I have read somewhere on here about there being a calculator online somewhere to check the loan figures and APR etc are correct. Do you know what I am referring to and, if so, where it is?

    I have no idea how to use it - it does not run on my ancient Mac - but it is the software the OFT and TS use, so it gives a semi-official result.
