hi everyone,
i posted my DPA request letter dated the 18th june and ive had no response at all.by my workings out today is their 40th day,so its off to the information commissioner i go to complain.

im a bit annoyed as ive read on the forums that other people have have had thier reponses 'quickly' enough.the best bit is that they cashed the £10 cheque within a few days of receipt !!

i cant wait to see what they owe me ,if i ever get a response, has anyone else had a similar problem ?

they are probably swamped with requests eh?? heh he he

any informationwould be gratefully received

bombard every e-mail address you can find asking whats going on,meanwhile use snail mail (recorded) and send template in library for non compliance, i'm having the same prob with snatchwest

ps does anyone know if you can claim these charges back off credit cards as well, and if so do they close your account ? i assume you have to swap any outstanding balances then ??

Look at the FAQ's and around the forums, and you will find all of the answers to all of your questions. It is best for you to do this yourself, so that you find out what is involved, and how other people have got on, to get a better understanding.
