    Default Is it more difficult with RBOS??

    Hi All,
    Any day now Im hoping to reveice the £2,500 that Halifaxicon owe us, and my Mum has just arrived with the last 6 yrsicon of statemets that total up another £1,500 of charges. From looking through various threads in the RBOS section it appears that they really do put up a fight. Are they harder to win over? Any top tips?

    Do you actually owe the RBOS anything? If so then like in my case they will harrass you for that amount back. But if you don't owe them anything, i.e and existing overdrafticon, then there shouldn't be any complications.

    And, anyway, they owe you this money....so you fight back harder!

    There are alot of people here who will guide you through situations so don't fret just go and get back what is rightfully yours! would be my advice.
