    Default Virgin/MBNA missold ppi

    I sent the initial letter back in February and received a reply back from them saying they would reply by 23rd March. I haven't had a reply on this one - do I send a second letter or do something else?
    I have had letters back from RBSicon/Eggicon credit card & loan saying they have looked into the matter and get lost.

    Any advice please??? What is the fosicon that people are contacting and how do I do that??

    If you have have received final response letters from the companies regarding mis sold PPIicon then you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsmanicon.

    You can download a complaint from from their website.

    Have you had a look at other PPI threads to see what action other people have taken.
