    Default Chris_D vs IF

    Prelim sent, claiming £252 of unlawful charges + the std 8% interesticon. IF replied saying they would deal with it within 4 weeks

    lbaicon sent 02 Apr, got a reply today offering me £32 as a good will gesture and stating 'all the charges are fair' garbage.

    Need to do a MCOL now.

    Are they paying out if you call or do i need to follow the MCOL through.

    I would advise against using MCOL and go with the N1 direct to your local county courticon .


    Have you sent the letter before actionicon ?

    Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)
