    Default hello!!!

    i am in the process of taking my bank to court regarding charges equaling £5000, they offered me a goodwill gestureicon of £1240, i have declined this offer and the bank have stopped me lifting any money from my account without any notice

    i have an overdrafticon of £1000 that i have ate £700 into, can this be done??

    any advice would be welcome.

    Did they give you any notice of the cancellation of your overdrafticon facility?
    Have they charged you for being over the agreed overdraft limit?

    Cahoot - Credit card - list of charges totalling £200

    Mint - Request for list of charges made by telephone and letter.
