Default Notice of Hearing for Shabbey Objection To Stay

Result. I used the CAGicon provided resources adapted for Shabbey and my unemployment in the written application. Where do I go from here, what other resources do I need for a hearing? Shabbey have made a partial payment leaving the account still over drawn and until last months statement (no fees or interesticon shown) were charging interest and fees on the OD balance. Can I reclaim the the interest and fees from the date my claim was lodged with the court at the hearing in addition to asking for the account to be officially frozen. The ammount due exceeds the OD balance by a large ammount. Is there anything it would be useful for me to bring up at the hearing for other people with a stay.

I'm not totally sure what you're talking about - is the background on another thread - if so could you post on that one and then we can see what's been happening

A standard bank charges claim put on stay. I put in an appeal on the stay and now have a hearing date. I try not to leave too many leads for anyone to pick up a theme to my efforts so I read all the threads and make my own way starting a new threadicon when I have a question to pose. My questions are simply as stated: "Can I reclaim the the interesticon and fees from the date my claim was lodged with the court at the hearing in addition to asking for the account to be officially frozen. Is there anything it would be useful for me to bring up at the hearing for other people with a stay."
