    Question QVC - Returns

For the second time, the finance department of QVC Shopping Channel have written to my mother expressing their concern at the number of returns she has made to them. They state that she has returned 'approximately' 60% of her purchases from 01/06/05 to 31/05/06. My mother has spent approximately £3000 with QVC in the last year or two and enjoys shopping with them so this letter has really upset her.

QVC are always stating their hassle free returns policy in their pitch and with the nature of tv shopping clearly you cannot be sure about the look, feel, quality, suitability of an item until it reaches your home.

They quote the expense of processing the returns but postage back is paid by the customer and the postage and packaging prices to get the goods from QVC are by no means cheap.

Anyone got any advice as to a suitable reply.
    Thanks

I would reply saying if they are not happy with her £3000 worth of business over the past year she will take her 'business' elsewhere! then see what they have to say!!! she is paying the return postage after all, and it rarely costs what they charge for p&p anyway!! good luck

    I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!!

Unfortunately i'm not an expert in any given field legally and my advice and that of the Consumer Action Group and the Bank Action Group is given without prejudice and without liability so please if in any doubt whatsoever seek help from an insured qualified professional. Angry Re: QVC - Returns

Can see this post is a few year's old now but, just wondered if this had an 'outcome' I to am being hassled about return's having spent very similar sums to Andrea's mum they say i return 54% but, being disabled shopping around the shop's for hour's is not an option.I do tend to order more then one size in clothes and, having sensitive skin ends up in sending back perhaps more beauty products then most ,but i do think i order more then most because i'm disabled and, can't get to the shops. Is it me but, i thought 30 days unconditional guarantee ment just that ' unconditional 'obviously it seems it don't.
If, other's are having similar problems perhaps you would post to.
