Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i sent my first letter to my bank, the Abbey, on the 23rd of june and recieved a letter back on 22nd of july saying that my statements that they have on their systems i will not be charged for but all others are on microfiche and my £10 postal order will be used for these. how will i know which ones were on microfiche?only ask because i haven't had the account for 6 yrs. they also worded the letter that i would get my statements within 40days of them replying to me which means that it will be over the 40days that i requested in my letter. are they allowed to do this?
No write back to them reminding them they only have xx days left to comply!! i think any statements for more than 2 yrs will probably be on microfiche as far as they're concerned!
I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!!
