    Thumbs up Adz v Egg (LOAN) - Original Agreement --is this one enforceable?

    Hi there,

    I've sent an SARicon to Eggicon for all my records (due in a couple of weeks) but managed to find this doc here at home.

    This is the original (my copy) of an egg loan taken out in Oct 2003.

    Page 1 and 2 ARE front and back of the same sheet of paper (4 corner rule).
    I know more about Egg Card agreements than Egg Loan agreements

    Does it look unenforceable to anyone?

    Looks enforceable to me - BUT can Eggicon produce the same agreement

    I am not an expert, but I can give good advice about Brighthouse

    Am learning more and more about DCA's too

    I have no legal experience and all advice given is based on the knowledge I've gained from this site.

    I have a 2002 loan with them and they have produced a copy of the paperwork. However, a solicitor has looked it over and said there are issues. So not sure where, why and how, but who am I to question?
