Exclamation Any grounds to reclaim loan ppi which was takn online?

    Hi,

If loan PPIicon was selected when taking a loan top up out online with Eggicon, are there any grounds to reclaim this even though i wouldnt normally take this and didnt have it on the original loan but must have selected to take it on the top up?

With egg from what i remember they only off you the option to take full loan ppi with a 30 day defferment on their website (accident, sickness, unemployment & life cover) where as over the telephone they can offer you full or part protection cover with 30, 90 or 180 day deffements.

Full protection - Accident, sickness, unemployment & life cover
Part - Accident, Sickness & Life of Unemployment & life cover.

So online the didnt give you the option for different options which maybe more suitable, the only option the give you is for the most expensivest cover which was Accident, sickness, unemployment & life cover with a 30 day defferment.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
