hi can anyone help me i seem to have been mis sold a ppi policy by first plus i am self employed if anyone else has had any dealings with first plus can they please get in touch to advise how best to proceed thanks

If you are self employed then you were mis-sold but you need to read up on this site. The first thing you need to do is send a Subject access request. You will find a template letter on the site. I am currently trying to claim from Firstplus also for different reasons but if you read my threads it will give you an idea of what they are likely to do. I have now sent my complain to the fos.
