I have sent 2 letters 2 Abbeyicon so far the last one was the first request for charges to be refunded which amont to a whopping £3800
They replied saying thanks for letter we have looked into it an as we did refund some way back when they see it fair as to why i have had charges.

Yes they did revert some charges at the time probably 200.00 worth big difference

Has many people had momey back from abbey??

    Hello lisaking

Yeh, people are getting their money back, and they have all received the same letters as you. The shABBEY will do anything to delay or deter you from continuing, hoping you give up and go away. You have to stick to your timetable and hang on in there to the very end, and you will eventually get your illegal charges back.

If the 2 letters you mention are the prelim and lbaicon letters, then once the 14 days are up on your LBA, then the next step is to go to court to recover your money. You can either go to your local court and request a N1 form, fill it in and take it back to the court, or fill your N1 form out on the moneyclaim website.

Be ready for a bumpy ride, but it will all be worthwhile in the end!!!!

Have a look at the lbaicon on this site - in the templates libraryicon (link in my signatureicon) and see if its similar to the one you sent. If it has been 14 days since you sent the LBA or equivilent its time to put your claim in with the court. If you need help come back here and ask.

Yes I would send the lbaicon from this site now, then you will issue your court claim in 14 days.
