This is actually a question on behalf of my mum and dad, who want to claim back their charges. They have statements going back to 1995, which is obviously outwith the 6 years. Has anyone claimed further back than 6 years from the Bank of Scotland/Halifax, and if so did the Bank pay out the full amount?
