Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Does anyone know of any charities that help out with getting clothes for kids? All my 4 are almost out of their clothes and I just cant afford to get them anything as money is that tight. We used to have a sure start depot where people donated their unwanted clothes and you could go and get items for a donation but that has closed down now.
I have tried freecycle but had no luck . I really hate being in this situation its getting me down so much now.
Vikki, what are your kids sex and size? I don't know about others, but I have quite a few bits and bobs which I was going to take to the charity shop, and if anything is of use to you, I'm quite happy to send you stuff. It's all in good nick, it's just my lot grows at a rate of knots, you turn around and there's another inch on them. I might not have tons as I had a clearout not long ago, but if it helps, you're welcome to them.
What about your local Salvation Army? When I lived in Inverness, I got so much stuff really cheap.
Car boot sales are also a good resource to get stuff really cheap.
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
Hiya I have 2 girls age 5 and 7 yrs and 2 boys age 2 and 4 years.
I do the rounds of charity shops and car boots but its just finding stuff in their sizes.
vikki, have you had a look on ebay? One of my friend's daughter sold a whole bundle of almost new kids clothes for £5.00 and she says there's loads of people do it. There must have been over £100 worth of stuff in the bundle.

What inside length leg is your 7 year old? Just my daughter has turned 9 and fits a 10 -11 leg and I dont think she is tall for her age, I have quite a few jogging bottoms for 9yrs.
