Well after my complaint to the ICO I finally got the rest of the SAR information today (sort of)
Computer printouts from the Barclays database which show I'll be receiving a call from their collection dept on xx day at xx time.. I'll be sure to have a whistle near the phone for when they ring
Still no agreement so as its an old MSDW account I guess it confirms that they have to request the agreement from MSDW.
