    Default Interest charges?

Just preparing my charges against A+L.I haven't been able to download the spreadsheet to claim back the interesticon. They owe me £532 from 2000 to 2001.I've approx. worked out interest to be £253.87.Does this figure seem to be inline with the 8% or too excessive?

Not sure if it is excessive or not, as it is for quite a long period. You cannot add on the 8% (s69) interest until the Moneyclaim stage, but c_allen is quite right to point you to those threads as you could get more!

If you look on the General forum you can find help with the spreadsheets if you still need it.

When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
