Hi, sent a cca to barclaycard last monday, and in reply received a copy of t&c's.
just working on a letter to politely tell them to bog off now lol.
I guess thy send these because they dont have the original agreements anywhere?

Thanks slick, am working on cobbling together several of the template letters into one, so that people who get these daft replies can send one letter instead of a few at once lol, will have something sorted out in the next couple of days i hope.
