thanks for stopping by i know theres plenty of threads about brighthouse
but i want to just relay my experience with them i have only been a customer for about a month.
in that time they have demanded money before the goods have arrived continuously ring my house latest this morning at 9.50am.
i have been in hospital for 8days so i asked my partner to go down and make payment for me which she did but they refused the payment.
as they do not accept part payment.
my arrears was 20.55 my partner took down 20.00 to them so the sake of 55p they wouldnt take the payment wouldnt say how much was needed to make up the payment and they were fully aware i was in hospital and that my partner was gonna sort it out.
then they added a late payment fee of 3.00, my partner even spoke with the manager as he was adamant that they were not gonna except the 20.00. but that arrears did include a late payment fee for the week before when i was taken ill and couldnt get down there.
so my payment should of been 17.55 but i didnt think they would add a late payment fee for me being in hospital my partner did ring them and offered to come down and sort things out which she did true to her word.
these people are vile with no concience even when i first stepped in to my local brighthouse i had a budget in mind and the whole time i was there they were trying to make me go over my affordable budget even after mentioning time and time again what my budget was XXX they would reply with 'why not push the boat out' what so they can come along and sink my boat
i wish i never ever walked in to a bright house store and i urge anybody thinking of going there to please think about it as they will hound you like a dog treat you like a dog then come along and take your bone off you (meaning your goods)
good luck to everyone who is fighting brighthouse and i really hope you get the result you deserve nobody desereves to be treated the way they treat there customers.
and there staff need to take a reality check and realise because they work for scumhouse there no better than anybody else.
