Thread: Hewlett Packard has worn my Vista COA away

sent my new laptop away for repair, the item was repaired ok however, they have wore the coa away, all that is now visable is the coa key, i know that is all i need to reinstall vista the point, i have contacted hp on several occasions, their attitude is tough and are not prepared to do any thing about it, imho the label should be brought back to the way is was before it was sent, the laptop was only 2 weeks old before they got hold of it, i am considering action against Hp via the legal system, but would like some input from y'all,
why should i put up with the laptop coming back is a worse state that when is went.

What exactly do you expect them to do because some print on a label has been worn away?
What are you going to be putting in this legal challenge?
