Last month I CCA'd Cahoot regarding my credit card and all they sent me was a copy of the signed form with T&Cs, all on 2 sides. I will scan and post this soon.
Are they required to send statements too or do I need to SAR them?
I agree with Viscount Star - it looks enforceable to me. However, this is under the assumption that these 2 documents would be front and back. The only way you would find that out though, would be in court......

That's OK, I was rather expecting that to be honest. Think I will go through the statements instead and look for any unfair charges but I think that might be some years back. Isn't there a time limit on how far back you can claim?
