Natwest current account with mortgage and credit card
Hi people,
Its my first post and I have read loads on here and I am pleased there is a place like this for people to come!
At present I have a Natwest current account that I have had for 13 or 14 years now and it has an overdraft on it for £1200, which I am always in! if not over!
I want to claim back my charges from this account for the past 6years, but I am concerned as I have my mortgage with the Natwest and also a credit card with them(oweing £1800).
So the main question I would like advice on is (as I havent read anywhere about it) Can the Natwest call in my mortgage and creditANDclose my account if I take this all the way to get MY money back as, I certainly couldnt afford to pay the mortgage back let alone the credit card!
Any advice or direction(links to read ect) would be gratefully recieved!
Dave
ps. For all those reading this who are going through getting your money back and also people who have got their money back then please do consider where you would be without the help of this site! so please consider donating to it! I know I will when/if I can the ball rolling! (not linked in anyway to this site, but am grateful for it and the people who work hard running it)
