Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
well im new here i found the website from a program in the uk called GMTV and i thought i would take a look and thanks to this site im now in the process of re-claiming back figures up to or around the £2000 mark in bank charges. If you have any tips or if you yourselves have taken on HSBC bank then id like to know as i have been hounded with phone calls and letters and im at breaking point now.
Have a good read around, especially in the FAQ's section, and you will find all the answers you need, including a step by step guide and templates for letters to send. There is also a dedicated HSBC forum so take a look in there and see how they have responded to other peoples request to claim back their bank charges.
Best of luck
