Hi Anyone know Ladboke Road?
My daughter is soooo upset. She parked in Ladboke Road, bought a ticket to park then found she had been issued with a parking ticket for £120 saying a valid ticket was not displayed. She then sent a copy of the bought ticket and sent it back with the parking ticket. She has now had a letter saying she was in a residents parking area with a photo of the sign. She honestly did not see the sign which looks to be outside an entrance to flats and a leaning tree. Does anyone know the road (We live miles away) and can advice.
Thank you.

Hi
Thanks for taking the time to look. It is Ladbroke Road Notting Hill, London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. I have pictures on this penalty letter which shows the bays outside some flats, the parking notice is on a post with the entrance of the flats behind and I can see the word '? House' above the door. My daughter was parked in this bay along a bit from the ? House entrance. I wondered if it is a public parking bay with a ticket, which she bought and then at a certain time changes to residents only, which she missed. I can not read the sign in the photo. I know she thought she was parking correctly and either the warden is incorrect or she didn't read the sign correctly. Thanks again for any help. x

Anyway you could send/post me the pictures , so I can narrow down the location , a.s.a.p then i could get up there this weekend {no penalties after 1,30 pm] and have a good gander , take some pictures for other CAG members to examine .
Hi
Sorry I've not been near the computer. I tried to make the pictures bigger and they come out very grainy and no good and I don't know how to save them larger to paste. Sorry, all you have to go on is the description in my message, hopefully there is only one block with the title across the arched entrance ***** House, the first word is not visible in the photo and the parking sign is next to that on the pavement and daughters car in the bay pertaining to this sign (Also a tree growing at an angle here) If you can't tell from this I understand and again thank you for your trouble, it is so welcoming that a complete stranger cares. x

Was your daughter parked on ***** house , side of road , if *** house is the centre point , where in metres left or right is the car . Is the block of flats modern 1920s ? 1950s ? , As much info as poss please I could narrow it down.
Hi
The block of flats looks 50-60s. Daughters car is on the same side as block of flats. When looking at flats in front of you with big tree and **** House name daughters car is to the right, 3,4,5 car spaces down same side of road. If I stood behind daughters car and looked further down the road, (*** House is behind me to the left) I can see a driveway on my left , a neatly clipped hedge or possibly a wall, daughters car side of entrance looks like a tall brick pillar marking the entrance then after hedge/wall a white modern building on left just across a road at crossroads and elegant looking buildings at far end of picture going across the vista. These photos are quite grainy and in black and white. x
